Monthly Reporting & Statements
- Statement cycle: We close your cycle every 30 days and post a statement with beginning balance, purchases (software, books/PDF, services), payments, fees, and ending balance.
- Minimum due: Greater of $25 or 3% of your balance (rounded). Due date shows on your dashboard.
- Credit-reporting access: Optional add-on $20/month. When enabled, your account is included in our credit-builder reporting file (limit, balance, on-time indicator).
- Tracking: Purchases made via the I AM ONE checkout automatically deduct from your limit and appear on your statement.
- Payments: Make one-time or monthly contributions via PayPal; we post them to your account and update your available limit.
- Disputes & corrections: Message Support in the portal; we’ll review ledger entries and issue adjustments where appropriate.
